Always confirm in an emergency. Rosters change and can be wrong or out of date. If you cannot reach the person listed, or the information looks wrong, use the hospital switchboard and official hospital procedures.

What OnCall is

OnCall is an independent directory built from department on-call rosters. It is not an official service of any hospital or health authority, and it does not replace hospital escalation procedures.

Accuracy

We work from rosters supplied by departments and try to keep them current, but we do not guarantee that any name, number or time is correct or complete. Swaps, cancellations and late changes may not appear. To the fullest extent the law allows, OnCall and its operator are not liable for loss or harm arising from reliance on the information shown.

Accounts

Phone numbers are for doctors registered with the HPCSA. You must sign up with your own name and registration number.
One account per person. Do not share your login or let anyone else use it.
Giving false details, or signing up as someone else, is not allowed and may be reported.
We may refuse, suspend or remove an account at any time, including if we cannot verify the registration.

Acceptable use

Use contact details only to reach a doctor about clinical or on-call matters.
Do not copy, scrape, harvest, resell or republish numbers or rosters, or use them for marketing or any non-clinical purpose.
Do not use automated tools to bulk-request numbers. Requests are rate-limited and abuse may be blocked.
Do not try to access parts of the site you are not meant to reach.

We may block access or suspend accounts that break these rules.

If your details are wrong, or you want them removed, use the objection page or email cmjahoncall@gmail.com. See the privacy notice for how we handle personal information.
