Object to or correct your details

If you are listed on an on-call roster on this site, you can ask us to hide your phone number, correct your details, or remove you completely. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Press the button below. It opens an email to us with a template.
- Fill in your full name, department, hospital, and which of the options you want.
- Send it from the email address or number we can match to your roster entry, or tell us how we can confirm it is you.
What happens next
We confirm that the request comes from the person named, then act on it as soon as we can. We keep a note that you objected so that a later roster upload does not bring your details back. We reply to confirm when it is done.
