Is this an official hospital service?

No. OnCall is an independent project run by Dr A Kolia, built from each department's on-call roster. In an emergency, or if anything looks wrong, confirm through the hospital switchboard.

Who can see my number?

Only doctors who have signed up and been checked against the HPCSA register, and only while you are on call. It is never sold. You can ask to be hidden at any time.

Is it free?

Yes, OnCall is free for doctors.

How do I get removed or corrected?

Use the objection page to hide your number, correct your details, or be removed completely. No reason needed, and we act on it promptly.

Who keeps the rosters up to date?

They are loaded from each department's on-call roster and checked before publishing. Rosters are updated as changes are made and we are notified. If something is wrong, use the update button on that department's page to tell us.
